摘要
调查我国零售连锁企业实施供应链管理的现状,从外部环境及内部因素等方面分析我国零售连锁企业实施供应链管理所面对的风险与困难,提出相应的风险防范方法与控制措施,给出推进我国零售连锁企业开展供应链管理的思路和策略,使其在竞争市场中能够不被打败并能够繁荣发展。
Survey of retail chain implementation of supply chain management,in terms of the external environment and internal factors analysis of the retail chain enterprises to implement supply chain management risks and difficulties faced,the corresponding method of risk prevention and control measures,to give advance our retail chain enterprises to develop supply chain management ideas and strategies to make it in a competitive market can not be defeated and can thrive.
