摘要
随着国家经济结构转型和新能源的推广,在环境保护、节能减排和电力负荷下降、煤电联动的新形势下,发电企业必须坚持低成本运营战略,才能获得竞争优势。目前,发电企业对供应链管理和战略采购管理运用不够成熟,用精细化手段挖掘计划、采购、供应商管理和库存控制价值不够。文中通过对发电企业物资供应链管理方法研究,为发电企业物资供应链管理提供思路。
With national adjustment of economic structure and promotion of new energy,electric power industries are urged to concern issues about coal- electricity linkage,environmental protection and energy conservation. In order to be competitive in market,electric power industries must adopt the strategy of low cost operation. At present,those industries do not have much experience in applying strategic purchasing and supply management. The value of management of plan,purchasing and supplier,and inventory control is not exploited enough. Especially,supply chain of spare parts is still at primary stage. Therefore,by analyzing conventional ways of how to manage supply chain,this paper intends to provide innovative and optimized methods for supply chain management of power generation industries.
