文中对跨境电子商务的概念与特点、国际电子商务市场的发展现状,以及我国跨境电子商务发展背景、发展现状和主要经营模式进行了深入的阐述和分析。在临沂商城"实施商城国际化战略,建设国际商贸名城"的发展背景下,文中对临沂商城发展出口跨境电子商务的优势和现状,以及目前发展出口跨境电子商务的制约因素进行了较为深入和全面的分析,并探讨性的提出了临沂商城发展出口跨境电子商务的对策和建议。

This paper expounds and analyzes the concept and characteristics of cross- border electronic commerce,the current situation of international electronic commerce market,as well as the cross- border electronic commerce development background,development status and the main mode of operation in China. In the context of the strategy put forward by Linyi Commodity Market that ＂making Linyi a famous international trade city＂,This paper gives a deep and comprehensive analysis on the advantages and the present status of cross- border e- commerce export in Linyi and the restricting factors of cross- border e- commerce export in Linyi. At the end of this paper,the author tentatively put forward some countermeasure and suggestion to the development of Linyi commodity market’s cross- border e- commerce export.
