摘要
在对跃进煤矿矿井通风稳定时期通风系统调查的基础上,通过对回采工作面、掘进工作面、峒室及其他用风地点需风量的计算,确定了矿井实际的总需风量。根据矿井通风能力的计算,确定跃进煤矿矿井通风能力为124万t,矿井等积孔为2.71m2,矿井为通风容易矿井。并从矿井主要通风机通风性能、矿井通风网络能力、用风地点有效风量等方面验证了矿井通风能力为127万t。井下各用风地点风流稳定,风量、风速、风阻满足要求,矿井通风网络能力能够满足安全生产的要求。
Based on the investigation of the stable period of the ventilation system in Yuejin Coal Mine and with the calculation of the required ventilation quantity of the coal mining face, heading faces, chambers and other ventilation places, the actual total ventilation quantity of mine was determined. According to the calculation of mine ventilation capacity, the mine ventilation capacity was 1.24 million tons, the mine equivalent hole was 2.71 m2 and the mine was a easy ventilation mine. From the main fan ventilation performance, mine ventilation network capabilities and the effective ventilation quantity of the other ventilation places, the mine ventilation capacity was verified as 1.27 million tons. The airflow of the ventilation places was stable and the ventilation quantity, gas velocity, air resistance could meet the requirements. The mine ventilation networking capabilities could meet the requirements of the safe production.
