Doege-Potter综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男,68岁,退休.发现右胸肿物2个月余,于2014年3月入院.患者缘于2个月余前反复出现清晨意识障碍,于当地医院就诊.发作当时意识不清,无抽搐及二便失禁,无大汗,测血糖最低1.3 mmol/L,给予静脉注射葡萄糖后症状缓解,诊断低血糖昏迷.血生化指标肝肾功能、血脂未见明显异常;血常规示血红蛋白116 g/L,余大致正常;皮质醇节律和促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）未见异常;甲状腺功能正常,血糖＜2.8 mmol/L时查血胰岛素水平0.2 mU/L（正常参考值5.0 ～ 25.0 mU/L）,明显低于正常.
