第440例——活动后憋喘,嗜酸性粒细胞增高,皮疹

摘要 病历摘要 患者女,33岁.因活动后喘憋3年,嗜酸性粒细胞（Eos）升高2年,加重伴皮疹1个月于2011年3月入我科.患者3年前出现活动后憋喘,活动耐量下降,伴口干、声嘶.当地医院查类风湿因子（RF）升高;唇腺病理见6个淋巴细胞增殖灶;胸部CT示间质性肺炎、肺动脉高压;颈部淋巴结穿刺病理示反应性增生;诊断：干燥综合征（SS）,间质性肺炎.予泼尼松（40 mg/d）、硫唑嘌呤（100 mg/d）、羟氯喹（200 mg/d）治疗,泼尼松逐渐减量至20 mg/d时自行停药.
