摘要
目的检测宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表达水平。方法采用免疫组化方法、RT-PCR检测正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表达。结果 VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40在正常宫颈组织、宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变组织及宫颈癌中阳性表达率呈递增关系;VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴转移明显相关,而与年龄及病理学分类无关。VEGF-C与VEGF-D阳性表达不完全一致,两者合测增加阳性表达率。结论 VEGF-C、VEGF-D mRNA及D2-40在宫颈癌组织中高表达,在不同临床分期及组织学分级中的表达水平不同,与宫颈癌淋巴转移有关。
Objective To detect the expression of VEGF- C, VEGF-,D and I32 - 40 in cervical carcinoma tissue. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT -PCR methods were used to detect the expression of VEGF - C, VEGF- D and D2 - 40 in normal cervical, CIN and cervical cancer tissues. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF- C, VEGF- D mRNA and D2 - 40 were increased with the lesion improved from normal cervical tissue to high- grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. The expression of VEGF- C, VEGF - D mRNA and D2 - 40 were significantly associated with clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer but had no relationship with age and pathological classification. Positive expression of VEGF - C and VEGF - D were not completely consistent and the combined'detection of them increased the positive expression rate. Conclusion High expression of VEGF- C, VEGF- D and D2 - 40 were detected in cervical carcinoma, and the expression levels of VEGF- C, VEGF- D mRNA and D2 - 40 were different in different clinical stages and histological grades.
