摘要
文章对近10年来薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、紫外光谱法、原子吸收光谱、DNA指纹图谱在中药柴胡质量评价中的应用进行了综述,为柴胡的进一步研究和临床应用提供理论依据。
The application of thin-layer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, UV spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, DNA fingerprint were reviewed in the quality evaluation of bupleurum in recent 10 years through the method of literature,which provide a theoretical basis for further study and clinical application of bupleurum.
