摘要
引入品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环,旨在提高精神疾病患者出院1个月复诊率。通过活动,精神疾病患者出院1个月复诊率由活动前的46%提高到活动后的73%,达到了活动目标,使患者治疗依从性增加,减少了患者住院次数,保证了有效治疗。
Introduced quality control circle,follow the PDCA cycle,aimed at raising the referral rate at one month after dis- charge among psychiatric patients. By activity, the referral rate at one month after discharge among psychiatric patients increased from 46% to 73% , which achieved the target,improved the compliance,decreased the hospitalization and ensured effective treatment.
