国内外医生工作倦怠的研究与分析

Physician Burnout in China and Foreign Countries

回顾国内外医生工作倦怠研究,并对相关文献进行对比分析,从医生群体、医生工作倦怠影响因素及工作倦怠后果3方面对国内外医生工作倦怠进行总结,指出我国目前对医生工作倦怠的研究尚不成熟。建议加强医生工作倦怠各方面的研究,消除并改善医生倦怠,最终改善医疗质量。

Based on the review on physician burnout and the comparative analysis of the relevant literatures, the paper summarized from three aspects of physician group, risk factors on burnout, and its consequences. The high quality study on physician burnout in China was not available, which needs to be strengthened, and measures should be taken to eliminate and improve physician burnout, and ultimately improve quality of medical care.
