摘要
目的挖掘职工职业倦怠影响因素,提出改进建议。方法对上海某医院职工进行分层整群抽样,进行职业倦怠问卷调查。采用频率、因子分析、信度分析、积差相关分析、独立样本t检验、单因子方差分析、Logistic回归分析等对数据进行统计分析。结果职工获社会支持与直接上级、家人朋友相关,与其他人关系不大。因变量职工职业倦怠可由烦闷麻木和身心疲惫两个变量解释。自变量"工作对情绪影响很大"和"工作使我疲倦"与因变量身心疲惫有显著关联,可有效预测与解释高、低职业倦怠组别,两个变量的胜算比值Exp(B)分别是3.602和1.763。结论医院应关注女性和青年职工,鼓励职工努力提升学历。
Objective To find out the factors which lead to the medical personnel Career burnout and provide proposes some corresponding Countermeasures. Method A method of stratified random sampling was adopted to acquire the study group from a Shanghai hospital, A cross -sectional survey was carried out with questionnaire. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, product - moment correlation analysis It - test, signal - factor variance analysis, and Logistic regression analysis were used to an- alyze the medical personnel job satisfaction. Result Employees social support was related to direct superior and family friend. The job dissatisfaction can be explained by worry, numbness and burnout, significant positive correlations was seen between these two factors. Variable "job significantly affect mood" and "work make me tired" were significant positive correlated with mental burnout, I can effectively predict and explain high and low group. The won chance ratio were 3. 602and 1. 763 respectively.Conclusion Care women and youth medical personnel, encaourage medical personnel to improve credentials and professional ranks.
