摘要
采用问卷调查法等,对血站专业技术人员进行调查,提炼岗位胜任素质,应用于专业技术人员培训管理体系中,使培训更具有操作性、针对性,形式更加多样化,培训效果评估更具体化,提高了培训成效。
Through questionnaires survey on professional and technical personnel in blood station, the job competency was refined to be applied to the professional and technical personnel training management system, which made the training with more operational, targeted, diverse forms, more specific on training effect evaluate, and effectively increased the training effect.
