摘要
目的探索医院卫生人力成本的主要影响因素。方法以某三级甲等综合医院的卫生人力成本作为研究对象,建立影响因素模型,并运用主成分回归对影响因素模型进行参数估计。结果运用主成分回归法建立了卫生人力成本的影响因素模型。结论卫生技术人员数与平均住院费用是卫生人力成本的主要影响因素,提示医院可以从这两个因素入手对卫生人力成本进行调控。
Objective To explore the influence factors of hospital health human resource cost. Method The health human resource cost of a III - A general hospital was analyzed to establish influential factors model, and the parameters of the model were estimated by principal components regression. Result The influential factors model of health human resource cost was established by using principal components regression. Conclusion The number of medical technical personnel and the average hospitalization expenses were the main factors affecting the health human resource cost, which showed that hospital can regulate the health human resource cost from these two factors.
