甘肃省乡镇卫生院药学工作者工作满意度分析

Analysis on Job Satisfaction of Pharmacy Workers in Township Hospitals in Gansu Province

目的全面了解甘肃省乡镇卫生院药学工作者的工作满意度,并分析其主要影响因素,为提高甘肃省乡镇卫生院服务水平,推进基层卫生医疗的发展及改善管理机制提供科学依据。方法采用调查问卷方式对全省乡镇卫生院药学工作人员展开全面调查,运用Epidata软件数据录入,SPSS 13.0软件对样本数据进行t检验、方差分析。结果药学工作者的满意度不高,主要体现在工作条件、生活环境、收入状况、福利状况等方面。不同性别、民族、职称、专业的药学人员工作满意度无显著性差异;不同学历药学工作人员对于工作满意度有显著差异,学历越高,满意度越低。结论药学人员的工作满意度有待进一步提高,应从薪酬待遇、福利状况、晋升机制、培训模式等方面进行合理改善,并与上级医院建立帮扶关系。

Objective To fully investigate the situation of pharmacy workers＇job satisfaction in township hospitals in Gansu Province, and analyze the main factors to improve beahh service level which can promote the development of primary heahb care and provide a scientific basis of management mechanism. Method A questionnaire survey on pharmacy staff was carried out, and Epidata and SPSS software was used for data entry and analysis. Result The township hospitals pharmacy workers＇satisfaction was not high, especially on the aspects of working condition, living environment, income, and welfare. There was no significant difference on satisfaction in different gender, nationalities, positions or professional levels. While the education level made signifi- cantly difference on the job satisfaction, and higher education level had lower job satisfaction. Conclusion The job satisfaction of pharmacy workers in township hospitals in Gansu province need to be further improved on the aspects of compensation mechanism, promotion , training model, and the effective help - and - support mode with higher level hospitals should be formed.
