摘要 目的: 探讨白细胞计数(WBC)与冠状动脉狭窄的相关性。方法: 选择2014年1月-2014年4月在我院心内科住院拟诊断冠心病的患者106例,统计患者基本临床资料、入院24 h实验室检查及冠状动脉造影检查结果,计算每位患者冠脉造影结果Genisi评分,分析白细胞计数与冠状动脉狭窄相关性。结果: 高血压病、糖尿病、吸烟、年龄、性别、WBC在有冠状动脉狭窄组和无冠状动脉狭窄组之间比较有统计学意义,多因素Logistic回归分析显示年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症、吸烟、WBC是冠状动脉狭窄的危险因素,WBC与冠状动脉狭窄Genisi评分之间存在线性相关关系(r=0.32,P〈0.05)。结论: WBC与冠状动脉狭窄程度有相关性。 AIM: To explore the association between white blood cell (WBC) counts and coronary stenosis. METHODS: According to coronary artery angiography, 106 patients were classified into two groups: stenosis and non-stenosis. Factors such as age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, smoking, WBC counts and results of coronary artery angiography were analyzed and compared between groups. RESULTS: Significant differences were observed in hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipi- demia, smoking, gender, and WBC counts between groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, smoking, and WBC counts were risk factors for coronary stenosis and WBC counts showed a linear correlation with the severity of coronary stenosis ( r = 0. 32, P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION : WBC counts are closely associated with coronary stenosis. Further studies are needed to assess the predictive value of WBC counts for coronary stenosis and coronary heart disease.
