肺栓塞Brugada波样改变1例 被引量:1

摘要 1 临床资料 患者为60岁女性,因“畏寒伴呕吐1d,再发3h”于2013年9月25日8时入院。入院时行心电图检查示STv1-v3下斜型抬高,存在J波,T波倒置。人院6h后患者突发胸闷,尿量减少,血压降至67/40mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),嗜睡。复查心电图示STv1-v3较前相仿,STv4呈马鞍型抬高(0.2mV),伴有J波,T波直立。
