石墨烯及其应用技术上的研究开发 被引量:6

摘要 石墨烯是单层的碳原子以sp^2杂化轨道组成得片状连续六角型材料,因此它的厚度只有一个碳原子厚,是区别于碳纳米管和碳60的二维材料。早在1947年菲利普·华莱士(Philip Wallace)就开始研究石墨烯的电子结构。物理学家安德烈-海姆(Andre Geim)和康斯坦丁·诺沃肖洛夫(Konstantin Novoselov)在英国曼彻斯特大学经过多年地研发,在2004年,最终以石墨为原料,通过微机械力剥离法得到一系列叫作二维原子晶体的新材料——石墨烯(graphene)。
