神经调节蛋白1治疗慢性心力衰竭的新进展 被引量:7

摘要 神经调节蛋白1(NRG-1)为表皮生长因子家族成员之一,是心血管系统中重要的信号蛋白,NRG-1通过酪氨酸激酶受体ErbB(ErbB2、ErbB3和ErbB4)介导生物学效应。NRG-1/ErbB信号传导是一条在心血管疾病研究发展中必不可少的途径,在治疗慢性心力衰竭中起到一定效果。目前研究表明,NRG-1治疗慢性心力衰竭,将成为新的治疗靶点。
