强肾扶正方治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of Qiangshen Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

目的本文拟观察强肾扶正中医理论指导下的中西医结合治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者延长生命、提高生活质量的治疗效果。方法采用随机对照法,收集病例48例,所有患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用强肾扶正中药方加减,结合含铂化疗方案(NP或GP),对照组单纯采用含铂化疗方案(NP或GP),观察两组近期客观疗效、临床症状、生活质量、体重及毒副反应的比较。结果在治疗非小细胞肺癌上,采用强肾扶正的中西医结合治疗,可以达到比较满意的治疗效果。中医药在治疗非小细胞肺癌方面,具有进一步临床研究意义[1]。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qiangshen Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 48 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups. The treat-ment group was treated with Qiangshen Fuzheng decoction combined with platinum-based chemotherapy regimens （ NP or GP） , and the control group was only treated with platinum-based chemotherapy regimens （ NP or GP） . Their cura-tive effect, clinical symptoms, life quality, weight, and adverse reaction were compared. Results The improvement of curative effect, clinical symptoms, life quality, weight, and adverse reaction was more pornounced in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Qiangshen Fuzheng decoction has satisfying curative effect in the treat-ment of patients with NSCLC.
