保留十二指肠、胆管的胰头切除术治疗胰头良性病变 被引量：2

摘要 胰头良性病变包括胰头炎症、结石、良性肿瘤。既往不管胰头良、恶性病变，绝大多数采用胰十二指肠切除术。如今，保留器官的胰腺手术已逐步运用，我科开展5例保留十二指肠、胆管的胰头手术，相关经验报道如下。
