摘要
最近十年,哲学界关于儒家"亲亲互隐"的争论涉及的问题日渐深入,大多将"亲亲互隐"视为义务性的伦理原则,"子为父隐"与"直在其中矣"的"直"结合起来解读非常必要,而割裂"隐"与"直"的关系阐述文本,并不能反映孔子的真实思想。文中在详细阐述"直"的基础上,以证明孔子并非将"亲亲互隐"视为一个绝对化、普遍化的原则,而是表达了一个具体情境中他认同的特殊关系人——儿子——的选择。
In the each othermisconduc last decade, the study is profoundly increasingly about "fathers and sons to conceal t" as an academic debate in philosophy. As far as I am concerned, we cannot separate- ly explain the "concealment" and "upright" in the Analects. Guo Qiyong made an excessive interpretation that fathers and sons' concealment to each other is an ethical principle. However, the Analects 13:18 does not hold that fathers and sons to conceal each other~ misconduct as an ethical principle, the "upright" is nec- essary rather than sufficient for the "concealment", and it is an expression form of filial piety. Throughout Confucius' explanation of uprightness in the Analects, he does not give an universal principle, but just offer persons different opinions based on specific relationships and situations.
