非正式结构体育社团成员心理资本与群体凝聚力关系的实证研究

Relationship between Psychological Capital and Group Cohesion of Spontaneous Sports Groups'Members

对非正式结构体育社团成员心理资本与群体凝聚力的关系进行探讨,可以促进全民健身组织的稳定与发展。采用非正式结构体育社团成员心理资本的修订问卷和群体凝聚力问卷,对武陵山片区1226名非正式结构体育社团成员进行调查。逐步回归结果显示:乐观、自信、年龄、学历对群体凝聚力的影响不具有显著性,心理资本维度中的希望、宽容、感恩与职业、月收入对群体凝聚力的影响具有高度显著性,在此基础上提出了管理启示。

It can promote the stability and development of the national fitness organization to discuss the relationship be- tween the psychological capital and group cohesion of spontaneous sports groups＇ members. Using the revised question- naire of psychological capital and group cohesion, this paper investigated 1226 spontaneous sports groups＇ members in Wuling mountain area. Hierachical regression results showed that the optimistic, self-confidentce, age, educational back- ground had no significant influence on group cohesion. The hope, tolerance and gratitude of psychological capital and oc- cupation and income level of demography variables had significant influence on group cohesion. Based on this, the paper proposes management measures.
