应用型本科院校教学文化建设探论——以重庆文理学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 教学文化是教学活动主体生命力和创造力的集中反映,是对具有特定目的性的教学活动的规律和特点的表征.地方性和应用性是应用型本科院校学科专业建设和人才培养的显著特征,教学文化创新是应用型本科院校教学改革的重要抓手,适应应用型本科院校人才培养需要的教学文化,遵循观念引领-教师主导-知行并举的创生机理.重庆文理学院从思想引领以实现观念认同、创新教学理念并通过持续的课堂教学督导确保落实、大力倡导基于实践性知识的课堂教学、以问题解决为核心改革课程考试方法等方面探索形成了新的教学文化. Teaching culture is the reflection of the vitality and creativity of teaching subjects. It is also the representation of the rules and characteristics of particular teaching activities. Locality and applicability are the dominate characters of major construction and talent training in application-oriented universities. What's more, teaching cultural innovation is the concentration of educational reform in application-oriented universities. To satisfy the needs of teaching culture in talent training of application-oriented universities, a creative mechanism should be followed, in which ideas guide, teachers direct, and knowledge and skills develop simultaneously. Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences creates a new culture of teaching in following aspects, such as forming new acknowledged concepts, innovating teaching ideas and ensuring the implementation of it by continuous supervision of classroom, advocating practical knowledge-based classroom teaching activity and reforming curriculum test method by focusing on problem-solving.
