工程硕士教育模式探究——基于历史经验与中美之比较 被引量:3

摘要 西方早期的工程教育主要是企业培养模式,即学徒制。为了适应工业的发展,学徒制演进为学校工程教育模式,以"学院模式"和"实践模式"的相互妥协来平衡理论教育与实践教育的矛盾。美国当代的工程硕士教育注重实践,中国的专业学位工程硕士教育模式偏重理论,比较研究表明,中国工程硕士教育应从改革教学模式、设计更有效率的实习机制、探索实行更为灵活的学制及推行有特色的差异化教育模式等四个方面优化工程硕士教育。 This paper analyzes the historical expertise of Western engineering education,studies the practical experiences of professional engineering master program in three famous contemporary universities in USA.By comparing the expertise of universities in the US with that in China,the paper discusses the problems in education of professional engineering master program in China.Then,it presents the view to optimize the education models of professional engineering master program in China by enhancing practical education in courses,designing more efficient practice institutions,establishing a flexible education system and cultivating different education models among universities.
