摘要
高等工程教育要求高校理工类专业注重实践教学,提倡"工程能力"与"实践能力"的打造与提升。交通运输作为一门应用型专业,存在巨大的市场需求与发展潜力,其实践教学的终极目标就是要着力培养"交通运输工程师"。比较国内外交通运输专业工程教育实施及发展现状,分析我国高校交通运输专业实践教学的需求特征和存在的主要问题,提出"一条主线,四种能力,梯度递进"的教学改革模式,并从专业定位、管理体制、质量考核、教学形式以及自我提升等五个方面探讨其发展策略,为交通运输专业实践教学的改革与转型提供思路。
Higher engineering education requires that engineering majors should stress practical teaching,and cultivate and promote the 'engineering ability' and 'practical ability'.As an application-oriented major,traffic and transportation major has a huge market demand and development potential,and the final target of practical teaching for traffic and transportation major is to cultivate 'traffic and transportation engineer'.This paper compares the implementation and developing states for traffic and transportation major at home and abroad,analyzes its demand characteristics and problems,and proposes a mode for teaching reform,which is ' a main thread,four abilities,gradient progress'.The developing strategy is discussed from five aspects including major orientation,management structure,quality assessment,teaching forms and self-promotion,which provides references for the reform and transformation of practice teaching in traffic and transportation.
