摘要
采用实验法等,利用自行设计、开发的泥浆池对壁球运动员进行为期10周的泥浆训练,测试运动员表面肌电和速度,揭示泥浆训练对提高壁球运动员运动能力的效果及机理。结果显示:泥浆训练对改善运动员的肌肉围度作用不明显,它通过提升更多肌群的募集能力,改善肌肉间的协调工作能力,提高其工作效率,进而增强肌力和速度能力。
The study adopts the empirical method to conduct a 10- week mud training period for squash players, testing their surface electromyography and speed to verify the effect of the mud on the improvement of squash players and its mechanism of the mud training, by using the self-designed and developed mud pool. The findings show that the training did not improve the players' muscle circumference very much. On the other hand, however, by improving the accumulating capacity of more muscle groups and the coordination of muscles, the working efficiency may get improved, thus the muscle strength and speed capability may get improved accordingly.
