摘要 该文将竞争机制引入到电能质量动态评估中,有效提高对电能质量相近的评估对象的辨别能力。首先对各项指标分别在评估对象之间展开竞争,获取在各时间点的排序。其次由评分体系得出各评估对象的单项电能质量竞争力评分,再结合序关系法获得对象的电能质量综合竞争力评分,最终实现各评估对象之间的竞争力比较。文中以某供电局多个变电站的电能质量数据进行算例分析,实现了各变电站之间的电能质量竞争力比较,验证了该评估方法的有效性。 The competitive mechanism which effectively improvs the ability to identify the objects that have the similar power quality is introduced into dynamic evaluation of power quality. Initialy, the competition between the objects for each index are implemented respectively and the sequence of the objects at each time point are obtained. Subsequent- ly, the single power quality competitiveness score will be obtained through the scoring system, then rank correlation analysis to obtain the power quality comprehensive competitiveness score, ultimately performs the contrast between objects. The realistic example analysis and evaluation according to the substation power quality data of one power sup- ply bureau is given to indicate the contrast between the substations and proves the effectiveness of the method.
