《观剧绝句》二种考

Textual Research on the Two Versions of Opera Quatrain

清代有两种《观剧绝句》,一为一卷本,一为三卷本。学界对这两种《观剧绝句》的关系或者多有混淆,或者语焉不详。通过对这两种著作的关系、各自的渊源流变和版本情况的详细考证,认为一卷本《观剧绝句》为乾隆年间状元金德瑛所作,三卷本则是在一卷本的基础上,汇集众多名家的题和、题咏、题记而成,于光绪年间由叶德辉整理刊刻成书。

There are two versions of Opera Quatrain in the Qing Dynasty. One is of one volume, while the other is of three volumes. Academic comments about these two versions are either confusing or vague. Through detailed research on the relationship between these two versions, their origins, and textual evolutions, this paper argues that the one-volume version was written by Jin Deying in the reign of Emperor Qianlong, while the three-volume version was developed upon the one-volume version and combined other masters＇ sub-titles, comments, and notes in a time period of more than 140 years. It was sorted and finalized by Ye Dehui in the reign of Emperor Guangxu.
