社区社会组织制度反思与理念重塑——以太原市城中村为例

Reflections about the System of Social Organization in Community and Remodeling of Ideas——A case study of urban villages in Taiyuan

城中村社区社会组织近年来发展迅速,限于城中村改造这一复杂的环境下,其功能的发挥不尽人意。文章从城中村社区社会组织现状入手,分析社区社会组织制度困境及成因,以系统思维推动社区社会组织在公民社会孕育、个体功能发挥、系统整合多维度重塑社区社会组织管理理念。以期以法治化、市场化思维提高社区组织的整体质量,推动社区社会组织更好地服务于社会实际需求。

In urban village communities, social organizations have been under rapid development in recent years; however, due to the complicated environment of the reconstruction of the village, the functions of these organizations are poorly played. This article, based on the status quo of the organizations, made an analysis of the predicaments, and causes as well, and put forward that the conception about the management of social organizations in communities can be reestab- lished in a multi-dimensional way by means of systems thinking in nurturing a civic society, giving play to individual func- tions, and systematic integration, so as to improve the overall quality of community organizations under the rule of law and market thinking, and to better the service of community social organizations to the society.
