基于法律视角下的农产品价格异常波动与稳定机制研究

Study on the Price Fluctuation and Stabilizer Mechanism of the Agricultural Product based on the Legal Perspective

农产品价格波动是市场机制发挥作用的必然现象,有利于市场机制作用的发挥、农村经济结构调整和农业生产力进步。然而,农产品价格异常波动会扰乱农产品市场秩序,进而危害到国计民生。在阐述农产品价格波动及稳定机制理论的基础上,从法律视角对农产品价格异常波动及其特征、成因进行了研究,进而提出了相关政策建议。

Price fluctuation of the agricultural product is the inevitable phenomenon under the market mechanism, which is beneficial to the effect of market mechanism, adjustment of rural economic structure and development of agricultural productivity. Whereas, the abnormal price fluctuation of agricultural products will disturb the market order and national welfare and people＇s livelihood. Based on the presentation of price fluctuation of agricultural products and stabilizer mechanism theory, this paper studies the abnormal fluctuation, characteristic and reason from the legal perspective, and puts forward relevant policy suggestion.
