地方财政收入对城镇化水平的影响研究——基于长三角地区的实证

The Impact of Local Fiscal Revenue on Urbanization Level——An Empirical Study Based on the Yangtze River Delta Region

近年来我国城镇化进程明显加快,政府的财政支持在城镇化进程中发挥着重要作用。长三角地区是我国重点发展的三大城市群之一,对其研究具有示范意义。文章选取1995-2012年的数据,利用面板数据模型分析长三角地区三省一市地方财政收入与城镇化率两者的关系,研究发现,城镇化水平随着财政收入的增加而提高,区域内城镇化的不均衡发展与财政收入有直接关系,从长远看应注重财政投入对城镇化的作用。

China＇s urhanization process significantly speeds up in recent years, and the government＇s fiscal support plays an important role in this process. The Yangtze Rivet＂ Delta region is one of three big urbanized regions that enjoy the development priority. Therefi）r, it is meaningful to study this region. The paper, based on the data fi＇om1995 to 2012, employs the panel data rondel to analyze the relationship between local fiscal revenue and urban- izution level in three provinces and one munieipality of the Yangtze River Delta, The results show that the urbaniza- tion level imporoves along with the increase of fiscal revenue, there exists a direct link hetween the unbalanced de- velopment of urbanization and fiscal revenue within the region, and fiscal input will play an increasingly important role in the urbanization level in the long run.
