城市视域的电子信息产业创新策略与方向研究——基于合肥与深圳的比较

A Study on the Strategy and Direction of Innovation of Electronic Information Industry from the Perspective of City——The Comparison of Hefei and Shenzhen

基于城市空间视角,分析源头性技术创新、产学研协同创新、知识密集型服务业对产业创新系统形成的作用,以合肥电子信息产业链构建及深圳信息通信枢纽城市特点对比为例,研究两地电子信息产业政策的实际效用,给出合肥在构建电子信息产业创新高地过程中区域创新环境的优化方向。

The paper, from tile perspeclive of urban space, makes an analysis on the source of technology innva- tion, collaborative innovation of industry-university-research and the impacal of knowledge-intensive services in the formation of industrial innovation system. The paper also, through the comparison of the construction of ltefei elec- tronic inhrmation industry chain and the city characteristics of Shenzhen inhrmation communication hub, carries oul a study on the practical effects of electronic information induslry policies between two cities, and offers the op- timal direction of regional innovation environment in the process of buihling innovation highlands of electronic infor- mation industry for Hefei city.
