摘要
作为组织文化的重要组成部分,近年团队美德对组织绩效的研究逐渐受到重视,并由以往基于康德主义和功利主义的研究转向实证分析。文章结合国内外研究成果,从团队美德这一视角,分析了团队美德和团队凝聚力对团队绩效的影响机理,构建了团队美德、团队凝聚力以及团队绩效三者之间的关联模型,根据对西安高新区企业的295份有效问卷,通过实证研究对构建的模型及假设进行了检验。研究发现,团队美德对团队凝聚力和团队绩效存在显著影响,并通过中介分析发现团队凝聚力在团队美德和团队绩效之间起到了部分中介的作用。
As team virtue is an important part of the organizational culture, the recent studies have gradually paid more attention to its impact on business performance and are shifting from Kantianism and utilitarianism-based to the empirical analysis. From the perspective of team virtue, this paper, according to the research achievements at home and abroad, analyzes the impact mechanism of team virtue and team cohesion on team performance, builds the correlation model between team virtue, team cohesion and team performance, and tests the model and hypothe- sis hy the empirical study based on the valid questionnaires of 295 enterprises in Xi'an high-tech zone. The re- sults show that team virtue has a significant positive impact on team cohesion and team performance, and team co- hesion plays a partial mediating role between team virtue and team performance via the intermediary analysis.
