超声二维斑点追踪技术与术中右心漂浮导管观察右心室收缩功能的对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:应用二维斑点追踪显示技术与右心漂浮导管对照研究右心室收缩功能(RVEF),寻找右心功能的无创有效超声检测方法。方法:在安贞医院心外科行瓣膜手术的患者18例,男性11例,女性7例,平均年龄(45.4±5.1)岁,术中放置右心漂浮导管,获得右心室收缩功能参数(RVEF)。结果:三尖瓣位移与右心室收缩功能的相关系数为r=0.910,P=0.001二者有很好的相关性。结论:超声心动图检测技术很容易获得三尖瓣瓣环收缩期位移,与作为测量右心室收缩功能的金标准的右心漂浮导管有很好的相关性,可以作为临床估测右心功能的无创指标。 Objective: Contrastive analysis the displacement of the tricuspid annulus with ultrasonic 2D speckle tracking imaging and fight ventricular systolic function (RVEF) by right cardiac catheterization measur- ing, looking for noninvasive and effective ultrasonic testing method to right ventricular systolic function. Meth- ods :There are 18 patients in anzhen Hospital cardiac surgery, 11 males and7 females, mean age (45.4 ± 5.1 ) years old, placed right heart catheterization intraoperative, and obtained right ventricular systolic function (RVEF). Results:There was significant positive correlation between the displacement and right ventricular sys- tolic function (r = O. 910, P = 0. 00, they have correlation). Conclusion: It is very easy to get the tricuspid an- nulus systolic displacement of the right ventricular wall, and there have a good correlation between the systolic displacement of the tricuspid annulus and fight ventricular systolic function measured as the gold standard of fight cardiac catheterization. It can be used as a clinical noninvasive index to estimate right ventricular systolic function.
