Analysis of the Social and Economic Factors of Spreading Prefabricated Houses——The areas along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province as an example

在阐释预制装配式住宅概念的基础上,结合建筑工业化和《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020)》的发展要求,分析江苏沿江地区发展预制装配式住宅的必要性和可行性。通过专家咨询调查得出影响预制装配式住宅的社会经济因素,运用相关性分析和层次分析法,对所有指标进行权重排序并提出相应的建议。

This paper based on interpretation of the concept of prefabricated houses,combining with the construction of industrialization and the National New Urbanization Plan（2014-2020）,analyzing the necessity and feasibility of prefabricated houses development along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province.We get the social and economic factors which affected prefabricated houses through expert survey,then use correlation analysis and AHP to weight all indicators and make recommendations accordingly.
