摘要
以广东地区生物质成型燃料及煤为研究对象,采用元素分析、工业分析和热重实验手段分别获得燃料的特性,结果表明其挥发分含量远高于煤,生物质着火温度远低于煤.通过与煤的特性对比,提出侧重挥发分燃烧区的供氧量,锅炉设计时需防止前端轰然现象的发生。
The fuel characteristics of biomass briquette in Guangdong area and coal were investigated by experiment methods. The results indicate the biomass volatile ration is higher than coal and its ignition temperature is higher too. By comparing with the characteristics of coal, we suggests that the oxygen supply should be emphasized on the combustion of volatiles and the feature of high volatile must be considered in the case of designing biomass briquette boiler.
