摘要
汽轮发电机组在低负荷时采用滑压运行的目的是为了减少能量损失,同一负荷下调节主蒸汽压力,使机组单位发电量消耗的能量最少,该点为最佳运行压力点。以此为出发点,提出了基于反平衡计算的定滑压运行曲线确定方法,该方法以能量损失为研究对象,改传统方法对热耗率的测试为对冷源损失的测试,极大地提高了试验测量的方便性,并对该方法的试验误差进行了分析。最后将该方法应用在国产某300 MW机组上。
In order to reduce energy loss the sliding pressure operation mode should be adopted when the steam turbine generator is at low load conditions. Adjust the main steam pressure until the unit power consumed the least energy, which is the best operating pressure point. A method to determine rated-sliding pressure operation curve based on anti-balance calculation was proposed, which greatly improved the convenience of the experimental measurements took the energy loss as the research object and changed the traditional method that tests the heat rate to test the cold source loss, and the test error of this method was analyzed. Finally a real sample was offered in which the proposed method was applied to 300 MW unit.
