摘要
目的检测重度子痫前期孕妇血清中补体C3a、C5a及血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体自身抗体(AT1-AA)水平变化,从而探讨补体激活与重度子痫前期发病的相关性。方法选取重度子痫前期孕妇30例,正常孕妇30例作为对照,采用ELISA法检测两组血清中C3a、C5a及AT1-AA的表达水平,并分析C3a、C5a与AT1-AA的相关性。结果重度子痫前期孕妇血清中C3a、C5a、AT1-AA水平明显高于对照组(t=2.582~4.681,P〈0.05);重度子痫前期孕妇血清中C3a、C5a与AT1-AA水平呈正相关(r=0.283、0.543,P〈0.05)。结论孕妇体内补体C3a、C5a激活可能造成AT1-AA生成增加,并参与重度子痫前期的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the correlation between complement activation and the pathogenesis of severe pre- eclampsia by detecting levels of serum C3a, C5a and angiotensin Ⅲ receptor subtype 1 autoantibody (ATlhAA) in pregnant women. Methods Thirty cases of severe preeclampsia, and 30 of normal pregnant women were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum C3a, CSa, and ATI:-AA were detected by ELISA, the correlation between C3a, C5a and AT1-AA were analyzed. Results Serum levels of C3a, C5a and AT1-AA in the severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than the normal pregnant women (t= 2.582-4.681 ,P〈0.05). The serum levels of C3a and C5a were positively correlated with AT1-AA in the severe preeclampsia (r=0.283, 0.543;P〈0.05). Conclusion Activation of C3a and C5a in the body of pregnant women may increase the production of AT1-AA and involve in the process of development of severe preeclampsia.
