小儿脂肪母细胞瘤MSCT影像学表现

MSCT FINDINGS OF LIPOBLASTOMA IN CHILDREN

目的 探讨小儿脂肪母细胞瘤的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）影像学特点。方法 回顾性分析15例经手术后病理证实的脂肪母细胞瘤的MSCT特点,分析其大小、形态、生长部位、内部结构、生长方式及与周围组织的关系等。结果 肿瘤直径1.9-15.0cm,平均7.1cm;9例发生于纵膈内,2例发生于胸膜下,3例位于四肢肌层内,1例位于腹腔内。结论 MSCT能准确显示肿瘤边缘、大小、密度以及与周围组织的关系,可为临床治疗及手术切除提供帮助。

Objective To study the features of iipoblastoma in multislice spiral computed tomography （MSCT）. Methods Features of 15 cases of lipohlastoma in MSCT confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively reviewed, the size, the shape, the location, the inner structure, the growth pattern and the relation of the tumors with surrounding tissues were analyzed. Results The diameters （mean） of the tumors were 1.9-15 （7.1） cm. Of which, nine located in mediastinum, two in subpleural, three in muscle layer of limbs, and one in abdomen. Conclusion MSCT scans can accurately display the edge, size, density of tumors and their relation with surrounding tissues, which offers help to clinical therapy and surgery.
