摘要
目的探讨江苏省中医类医院中医诊疗服务发展情况。方法采用问卷调查法对江苏省中医类医院及其针灸科室进行调查,所得数据采用Microsoft Excel 2007录入并进行描述性分析。结果江苏省中医诊疗服务价格低廉,中医诊疗服务未区别定价。结论中医诊疗服务价格没有体现其内在规律,建议应对不同质量的服务实施差别收费,制定符合中医诊疗服务特点的中医诊疗服务价格,增加政府投入,完善医疗机构补偿机制。
Objective To investigate the development situation of medical services in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu province. Methods A questionnaire was used to survey hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture departments, data collected were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2007. Results Traditional Chinese medical service price was low, the price was not differentiated. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical service price does not reflect the inherent law of the services. Differential charging for different-quality service is suggested. The price that is in line with the medical service should be formulated to increase government investment and perfect the compensation mechanism of medical institutions.
