纸塑包装灭菌物品两种存储方法的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的 通过对纸塑包装物品两种存储方法比较,找出更科学的储存无菌物品的方法。方法 抽取纸塑包装灭菌包400个,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组。对照组纸塑包经高温灭菌后放入临床治疗室常规存放;实验组纸塑包经高温灭菌充分晾放至室温后,放入环氧乙烷灭菌后的自封塑料袋中存放。每周从两组纸塑灭菌包中分别抽取5个包,观察外包装并送细菌室进行细菌检测。结果 两组9-16、17-24周无菌包皱褶率比较,差异有显著性(χ^2=6.78、12.17,P〈0.05);两组9-16、17-24周无菌包污渍率比较,差异有显著性(χ^2=5.38、19.02,P〈0.05);两组17-24周无菌包破损率及细菌阳性检出率比较,差异有显著性(χ^2=7.54、7.54,P〈0.05)。结论 纸塑无菌包采用自封塑料袋密封后储存,能显著降低使用中环境因素引起的无菌包污染,保证无菌水平,值得推广使用。 Objective To find out a more scientific method to store sterilized goods through comparison between storage of two paper-plastlc package materials. Methods This study consisted of 400 paper-plastic sterilized packages and randomized to control group and experimental group. The packages in the control group were stored in a therapeutic room after high temperature sterilization as usual, and that in the experimental group were put into a plastic bag sterilized with ethylene oxide when the tempe rature of the bag lowered to room temperature. Five packages in each group were checked for bacteria every week. Results The differences of goffer rate, besmirch rate, breakage rate of sterility bag and positive bacterial detection rate between the two groups (in 9-16 and 17-24 weeks) were significant (x^2=6.78,12.17;P〈0.05), (x^2 =5.38,19.02;P〈0.05), and (x^2=7.54,7.54;P〈 0.05), respectively. Conclusion The self-sealed plastic bags can notably reduce the contamination of sterility bags due to enviromental factors during application and ensure the sterility, which is worthy for clinical use.
