石斛养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证68例

Study on 68cases of chronic atrophic gastritis caused by deficiency of stomach yin treated with Shihuyangwei Decoction

[目的]观察石斛养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证的临床疗效。[方法]选择慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证患者136例,随机分为2组,每组各68例。治疗组给予石斛养胃汤,对照组给予胃复春片,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、胃镜下变化及胃黏膜改变。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率88.24%,对照组总有效率70.59%。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]石斛养胃汤治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Shihuyangwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis due to deficiency of stomach yin. [Methods]One hundred and thirty-six cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Shihuy- angwei Decoction,the control group given Weifuchun tablet. Changes of TCM syndrome scores and endo- scopic gastric mucosa of the two groups were observed.[Results]The total effective rate was 88.24%in the treatment group and 70.59% in the control group respectively,indicating statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. [-Conclusion] Shihuyangwei Decoction is remarkably effective for chronic atrophic gastritis caused by deficiency of stomach yin.
