摘要
[目的]观察安肠方治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。[方法]将符合入选标准的62例放射性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(27例),分别给予安肠方和生理盐水、地塞米松、蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗,2组均以14d为1个疗程。观察临床总体疗效及肠镜疗效。[结果]治疗组临床总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]安肠方保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎具有较好的临床疗效。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of Anchang Fang on radiation enteritis. [Meth- ods]Total 62 subjects were randomly divided into two groups.35 cases in treatment group treated with An- chang Fang, 27 cases in control group with retention enema of normal saline, dexamethasone and montmo- rillonite powder. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical effects were observed, including the results of colonoscopy . [Results]The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. （P〈 0. 05）. [Conclusion]Anchang Fang has a good clinical effect on radiation enteritis.
