某院乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应/事件的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of ARD / ADE induced by levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection

目的调查分析乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液致不良反应/事件(adverse drug reaction/event,ADR/ADE)的发生规律、特点及其影响因素,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性和描述性研究方法,对某院2013年1-6月使用乳酸左氧氟沙沙星注射液的病例798例中发生ADR/ADE患者的性别、用药时间、联合用药情况以及ADR/ADE的具体表现等资料进行分析。结果 798例ADR/ADE总发生率为10.3%(82例),女性发生率明显高于男性;用药时间越长、使用剂量越大,ADR/ADE发生率越高;消化系统、神经系统ADR/ADE发生率较高。结论在选用乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液时,必须慎重考虑不良反应因素。

Objective To investigate the regularity ,characteristics and influential factors of ARD/ADE induced by levofloxa-cin and Sodium Chloride Injectoon ,and to promote rational drug use in the clinic .Methods By restrospective and descriptive study , 798 patients having received levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection in this hospital from January to June in 2013 were analyzed ret-rospectively in terms of gender ,medication duration, drug combination,dosage of ADR/ADE.Results Among 798 cases,the inci-dence of ADR/ADE was 10.3%and the incidence of ADR/ADE among females was higher .The higher the dose was ,the higher the incidence was .The incidence of ADR/ADE was high in digestive system and nervous system .Concluslon The ARDS should be un-der consideration in choice of levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection .
