摘要
调心滚子轴承的生产工艺设备落后,制造水准较低,测试手段较落后等因素直接影响其质量的提高。目前,国内制造厂家基本上采用样板法和测量双滚道对称度的方法来间接测量内圈滚道曲率半径和曲率中心位置。该方法误差大,精度低。介绍一种调心滚子轴承滚道曲率半径和中心位置测量仪,其使用方便,测量精度高,是适用于工序间检查站的测量仪器。
Spherical roller bearing production equipment is relatively backward, lower manufacturing standards, testing means more backward a direct impact on improving the quality .At present, the domestic manufacturers are basically using the symmetry of the model law and strategies raceway method to indirectly measure the radius of curvature and the curvature center position of the inner ring raceway. Such indirect methods of measurement has errors, and the accuracy is low. This article describes a self-aligning roller bearing raceway curvature radius and center position measuring instrument, measuring and easy to use, high measurement accuracy for measuring instruments in the process between checkpoints.
