在梳理国内外文献的基础上,着重分析了企业创新网络结构、组织学习与企业创新绩效的关系,构建了三者关系的理论模型,揭示企业创新网络结构对企业创新绩效影响的内在机理,最后提出本文研究的不足及未来研究方向。

In the literature on the basis of combing, analyzes the innovation network structure, organiza- tional learning and thus the relationship between in- novation performance, build relations between the theoretical model, revealing the structure of innovation networks influence on innovative performance of the internal mechanism of the final inadequate and pro- posed future research directions in this article.
