新疆民营科技企业的创新能力研究

随着我国社会主义市场体制的快速发展,民营科技企业因具有强大的创新动力和成长活力已成为社会关注的热点,其在国民经济发展中的贡献日益突出。通过三十年的发展,新疆民营科技企业已成为促进新疆经济增长、提高创新能力及加快高新技术产业发展速度、为社会提供更多就业机会的一支极其重要的力量。虽然新疆民营科技企业在创新工作方面取得了巨大的成绩,但还需要解决许多问题。本文利用数据和资料,通过分析新疆民营科技企业创新水平的发展状况,找出存在的问题并提出一些相关的对策措施。

With the rapid development of China＇s socialist market system, private technology enterprises have become hot discussion point and important part of the GDP with its strong vitality and innovative power. Xinjiang Private Technology Enterprises （XPTEs）, after thirty years of development, have become an important force in economic growth, science and technology pro- gressing and adding job opportunities in our region. Although they made great achievements in the aspect of technology innovation, also need to solve many prob- lems. This article mainly discusses about the develop- ment of XPTEs＇ innovation ability by using lots of data and materials, analyzes the main problems and put for- ward the corresponding countermeasures.
