甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗抗甲状腺药物所致白细胞减少的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Mannatide Capsules in Treatment of Leukopenia Caused by Antithyroid Drugs

目的:观察甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗抗甲状腺药物所致白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法:2010年8月至2012年12月期间从我科收治的128例甲状腺功能亢进症患者随机分组,治疗组64例,对照组64例,治疗组口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对照组患者口服地榆升白片。两组患者均连续服用2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.19%,较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),外周白细胞数量、中性粒细胞数量均较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),且起效时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽治疗抗甲状腺药物所致白细胞减少症,能快速提升外周白细胞数量和中性粒细胞数量,改善临床症状,作用优于地榆升白片。

Objective： To observe the clinical efl＇ect of the Mannatide capsules in treatment of teukopenia caused by antithyroid drugs.Methods：128 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from 2010 August to 2012 December were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group consisted of 64 patients.The treatment group were taken Mannatide Capsules orally, and the control group were taken Diyushengbai tablet orally and for a period of 2 months.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group is 92.19% which is significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0,05）.The number of peripheral white blood cell count and neutrophil ceils of the treatment group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.And the onset time of the treatment group was obviously shortened than that in the control （P〈0.05）,Conelnsion：Mannatide can treat leakopenia caused by antithyroid drugs which is better than that of Diyushengbai tablet. Mannatide can increase the amount of peripheral white blood cells and neutrophils quickly and improve the clinical symptoms.
