心血管疾病非传统危险因素的研究进展

Research progression in nontraditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease

心血管疾病（Cardiovascular disease,CVD）是由多种因素导致的一组疾病的合称,包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病、脑血管疾病、主动脉瘤、外周血管病等。据不完全统计,目前我国大约有2.3亿各类心血管病患者,每年大约有300万人死于心血管疾病。

Summary Cardiovascular disease （CVD） is a class of diseases caused by a variety of factors,including coro- nary heart disease,rheumatic heart disease,congenital heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, aortic aneurysm, pe- ripheral vascular disease and so on. According to incomplete statistics,there are about 230 million of patients with CVD in China,and about 3 million patients die of CVD each year. It is urgent to study on the prevention and treat- ment of CVD. All kinds of risk factors play a crucial role in the process of occurrence and development of CVD in addition to pathological changes in itself. Traditional risk factors include such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipi- demia, smoking and obesity. About 200~ of the CVD has nontraditional risk factors. With the development of mo- lecular biology and laboratory science, some new risk factors for CVD are recovered gradually. Research progres- sion of nontraditional risk factors for CVD will be reviewed in the article.
