Green Educational Ideology of Waldorf School and Its Inspirations

Waldorf education focuses on children＇s personality development,emphasizes on the art of education and advocates that education should obey the law of nature,teach appropriate knowledge to different ages of students and make teaching process simple and original. Due to today＇s diversifying development of global education,our education,especially basic education,is in a crucial period of reform. We should focus on the following points： advocating a concept of ecological education and building up a sustainable educational development view;promoting the reform of educational system and establishing the educational system into pluralistic integration; adhering to the people-oriented view and promoting students all-round development; enlarging the opening of education,and creating a multicultural and harmonious educational ecology.
